Red Cedar Outreach exists to build bridges to lead people to a Full Life in Jesus Christ.
We are committed to resourcing our neighbors and doing what we can to meet physical and spiritual needs within the surrounding communities.
Community members are welcome to shop for free at the Red Cedar Compassion Closet. The Compassion Closet is located in the lower level of the Benjamin House on Heart Island.
To set up your Care Team appointment or get more information on shopping at the Compassion Closet, call the church office at 715-234-3381.
We are committed to stepping into our communities in the midst of disaster or tragedy to serve and live out our values of unconditional love, irrational generosity, obedient risk, unwavering mission, and contagious passion.
We are partnered with local Foster Care Coordinators to help supplement basic start-up costs for new foster families, host foster family events, and support coordinators to help meet needs in our communities.
Over the summer, our church family and Life Groups take time to love on our communities through service projects. Many of the projects are designed by Red Cedar Life Groups with the church putting on one big service project each month. We wrap up our summer of living out love with our annual Back to School Bash.
Living like Jesus can be intimidating. ReachOut with OutReach is a quarterly equipping event designed as a space where we can grow together as we learn from and practice living and loving like Jesus.
Red Cedar Restart is a nine-class, faith-based program in the Barron County Jail. Volunteers work with participants on various life skills to help with community re-entry all while sharing the hope we have in Jesus. A few weeks into the class, participants are paired with a same-gender coach who meets with them once a week in the jail and then in public as they re-enter their community.
