YTHX is designed to introduce middle school and high school students to a Jesus-centered life.
Why YTHX? We believe that the youth of Barron County and the surrounding area will run further, faster, stronger, and longer when they know who they are.
Identity gives us purpose. It opens us up to what God longs to do in us & through us.
We want to provide a space for every youth in the area to encounter the non-violent, enemy-embracing, self-sacrificial God of the bible. Our mission is to introduce spiritually curious people to a Jesus-centered life.
Wednesday nights | 6-8PM
Meets September through May
Games · Live Music · Teaching · Discussion
If you join us on a Wednesday night, you can expect to make new friends and connect with other students from local schools who are passionate about living their best life & following Jesus.
YTHX Volunteers are a growing team, who are serving more students every year. If you are passionate about making disciples and investing in middle/high school students, we would love to hear from you!
Being a YTHX Volunteer is a commitment for one school year- showing up to our weekly gatherings & joining us in living out our cultural statements. Over the course of the first few months, we will help you develop into leading a small group of 5-8 students. All volunteers are required to complete a background check & live a life consistent with our values at Red Cedar Church. For more details, email Student Ministry Director Parker.
All 6th - 12th Grade students are welcome at YTHX.
