We understand that incorporating faith into your daily life may be a new concept. FaithWorks exists to provide training, community, encouragement, and coaching to help you partner with God to impact those around you and to see what you do each day as much more than a paycheck.

How to get started

Getting started is as simple as these basic steps:

1. Reflect Christ at work - Demonstrate God’s love through your character, conversations, and work quality.

2. Pray consistently - Pray regularly for your workplace and 1-3 specific coworkers.

3. Build intentional relationships - Invest in meaningful connections with 1-3 people in your workplace.

4. Go deeper - Take the next steps to share your faith at work as God opens doors.

We believe that with these steps, you’ll begin to see God work through you, making a positive impact in your workplace.

An introduction to FaithWorks and a simple first step to get started with living out your faith at work!

Step 1 is developing consistent routines to spend time growing closer to God and in His word so that your time with him can pour out to others.

Step 2 is developing a simple and consistent prayer routine for your workplace and 1-3 people around you.

Step 3 covers the first phase of building relationships through noticing, praying, and listening.

Step 4 dives deeper into hands-on aspects of building meaningful relationships through asking questions, loving, and welcoming.

In Step 5, we’ll discuss several ways to take your relationships deeper through sharing your story, starting prayer meetings, making invitations, and more.
