Mindy Anderson

Mindy lives in Rice Lake with her husband, 2 children, a Golden Retriever, and a Tabby Siamese cat. As a family, they enjoy the outdoors no matter what the season is. On any given weekend in the summer, you could find them camping, swimming, riding bikes or just enjoying a lazy day eating ice cream on the porch. Once fall and winter roll around, they are still outside but mostly in the woods. They love taking fall walks in the woods looking for buck rubs, finding the biggest or most colorful leaf, identifying animal tracks, and enjoying the smell of fall. If Mindy had to pick her favorite season it would be winter. There’s such a variety of winter fun activities that they enjoy as a family such as ice fishing, snowshoeing, snow tubing and snow fort building.

She loves spending time with her family and God has brought them together to attend Red Cedar Church as a family. This was missing for many years. Without God, she is unsure as to what her family would look like today. But God… Mindy sees how he has been working all things for good in our lives even when it may not feel like it. She’s proud to call Red Cedar Church her home church because without the teachings every weekend she would have missed the number one thing God wants. He wants a relationship with her. She now has this and can see the fruit of it every day of her life!
